Caleb Malik graduated from Illinois State University with his Master’s Degree in Communication in 2013. He now lives in Phoenix and works as a marketing specialist for Active Renter Property Management. In this role he studies the real estate market and writes about real estate investing and property management. In his free time he reads about economics and teaches a small group communication course at a local college.
