At one point your use of… inputs…seems to describe an action that produces something, and at another point it seems to denote itself as if it were just an opinion of what would be a more proper land use of some other persons land, and still again it seems to also be promoting that eminent domain boards are the proper inputs. Also, and all this is still further remaining, as if to beg of itself these other questions-what is, and at what point, if at all, dose your interpretation of this word “inputs” change from a mere suggestion, into an action, or is it an action without any real change, and all this without you having to do any more then suggest that by its mere causing of inference, this “inputs” really has…only one definable meaning to you, and so it must be so for me.
